Do I pay when I send the lesson request?
No. You choose a plan and request a time first. If the request is approved, Slovak Together emails a secure payment link. The private Google Meet link is sent only after Stripe confirms payment.
Is the selected time confirmed immediately?
No. It remains a request until Slovak Together approves it by email. Payment secures the held appointment, then the private Google Meet link is emailed automatically.
Which timezone are the available times shown in?
The booking flow detects your current timezone and labels it before you choose a time. Review that label if you are travelling or using a different device timezone.
How soon can I request a lesson?
Available lesson times begin at least 72 hours from the moment you make the request.
What if none of the available times work?
Choose the manual-time option and describe the days and windows that usually work for you. The team will check whether a tutor can match them.
